All You Need to Know

Llandanwg Holiday Home Park is open from 1st March to 2nd January every year. Our holiday park in Gwynedd is owner-occupiers only and no sub letting is permitted. Gas is charged by the bottle delivered to your van and is currently £50 for 19kg.

We offer the following ways to pay your park fees:

Utilities

Electricity
Electric is metered and charged in arrears with your invoice for rent and rates payable by 1st March each year.

Well behaved pets are welcome on park. The above details are correct as at today’s date but are subject to alteration at any time We are occasionally able to offer second hand holiday homes for sale or new pitches for rent – you can view which static caravans, lodges or pitches are available to buy on our website.

Electricity & Gas

Your electricity costs are based on usage and the reading is taken from your holiday home's meter. The rate is identical to the amount we pay for the park's electricity and payment is made to us directly.

Insurance

Just like with any large important purchase, you'll need insurance to help protect your holiday home. All of our owners are required to take out an annual policy to ensure they're covered against risks such as fire, flood, and theft, and are protected from public and property owner's liability.

Rates, Water & Drainage

The rates, sewerage, and drainage costs you pay will depend upon the park you choose. The amount is influenced by the park's size, facilities, and location. Good news our Pitch Fees cover all of these for peace of mind.
