Looking for a place to relax and rejuvenate? Porthmadog harbour is another charming marina on the cardigan coast, just a short drive away from Llandanwg Holiday Home Park. This picturesque little beach is perfect for summer evening strolls, or a place to unwind and watch the world go by.

If you’re looking to add a bit of culture to your day in the marina, then you will enjoy the Porthmadog Maritime Museum. Porthmadog has an expansive maritime history which is showcased at the museum through its large collection of authentic artefacts dating back to pre-Victorian periods.

Purple Moose Brewery

Of course, it wouldn’t be a complete marina without excellent eateries, and Porthmadog is home to a famous brewery too. Purple Moose Brewery is loved by both locals and visitors alike. This 40-barrel micro-brewery is sells award-winning, locally brewed Welsh beer, cider and wine. The team here also take guests on tours of the brewery which is a popular day out in Porthmadog, and great way to end a day relaxing by the harbour.
